Terms & Conditions

50% deposit for the whole period is required when the booking is confirmed.The remaining balance must be paid in full 7 days prior to check-in date.
All payments made are non-refundable. Ensure the payments are made on time, as the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation for missed payments.
Cancellation is not allowed but the reservation dates may be amended provided that the number of room nights is the same. There is no penalty charge for such an amendment. If the new period is shorter, there is no reimbursement for the unused nights, while additional nights will be charged immediately. The amended reservation rate will be confirmed with the current Best Available Rate of the new stay period, which may not be the same as the rate of the confirmed booking.

Child aged 0-6 years:

Sharing parent or guardian's room in a complimentary baby cot or existing bedding including complimentary breakfast. Maximum 1 child per room

Child aged 7-11 years:

Sharing parent or guardian's room with the additional charge of one extra bed including breakfast at THB 600 per person per night. Maximum 1 child per room

Maximum one extra bed only for all the room types except Triple Room

Child aged 12 years & above:

Sharing parent or guardian's room with the additional charge one extra bed including breakfast at THB 1,200 per person per night. Maximum 1 child per room.
